DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery within Greece is free of charge for orders over €100. For orders less than €50 we charge €5 for standard shipment. All orders are delivered via our affiliate couriers: Geniki Taxidromiki and DHL.

RETURNS POLICY

Items purchased on M2P.gr are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition. In this case, you shall solely bear the immediate cost of returning the product. You have the right to return your order in whole or in part.

Returns are not free of charge. In case the reason for returning a product is due to a company’s error, we undertake to cover the cost of the product return. Inform us regarding your return or exchange by emailing us at the [email protected].

All the items should be returned to our studio address: Metoo, Irodou Attikou 2, TK: 105124 Maroussi Attiki, Greece. You can return your parcel using any postal service. The expenses will be at your charge. Remember to ask for proof of purchase from the postal service, to keep a record that the parcel was sent to us. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag(s) and seal(s) still attached.

Metoo reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email. Metoo reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy.

SALE RETURNS

Our regular return and exchange policy for online orders as described above applies during sale periods.

REFUNDS

All returns that are shipped back within the 14-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment. Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items under go quality control and are being accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card or bank account used for the order transaction. You will be asked to provide your refund payment details.

EXCHANGE AVAILABILITY

Exchanges requested online are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability at that time. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance. Exchanges are shipped at your charge.

GIFT RETURNS

Gift orders placed online are eligible for the same return policy as all other online orders. In order to process a return or exchange on a gift purchase, we must first locate the original transaction from the purchaser to determine eligibility. This can usually be done easily with the purchaser’s exact name, email address, or the order number itself.

Please note that gift returns for refund can only be issued to the original form of payment (the purchaser’s), and any online exchanges (size only) will by default ship to the original shipping address from the order and email the new tracking details to the purchaser’s email.

FORCE MAJEURE

If due to force majeure (i.e. adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.), the courier fails to deliver you the products within the set time-limit metoo shall not be liable for any situation arising without its fault and shall do whatever is humanly possible for your best service.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

The website www.m2p.gr reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions regarding transactions. The company undertakes to update the present text for any modification of or addition to the terms.

Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

All orders in Europe, USA and Asia are shipped with DHL and requires a signature upon delivery. DHL usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. For all the other countries, taxes and duties are not included in the price.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All orders are fully traceable through our website. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.

We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

FIRST-TIME ORDER POLICY

For security purposes, M2P reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.

INSURANCE

Μetoo insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. For further insurance Orders may require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you.

If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by Metoo.
